The purchase and ownership of a ZODIAK Genesis NFT ("Token") grants the holder ("Holder") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

The artwork displayed in each ZODIAK Genesis Token is also used as cover art for the album ZODIAK — The Genesis Codex by Juni (MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES). Ownership of a Token does NOT grant any rights to:

All secondary market sales of ZODIAK Genesis Tokens are subject to a 7% royalty fee automatically collected via the Ronin Network smart contract and paid to MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES.

This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All intellectual property rights are protected under IPOPHL Class 41 registration held by MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES.
